Camp Staff USA is a recruiting company developed to match potential camp counsellors with summer camp employers. They work behind the scenes to maximize program opportunities while keeping program fees at a minimum. Liaising with both Camps and potential counsellors, Camp Staff USA have made themselves indispensable to the camp recruitment process.
The Challenge:
Camp Staff USA are an ambitious organization who are constantly looking to push the boundaries of what is possible. They came to us with the vision of revolutionizing camp recruitment (and in the process, the entire industry) by asking us to build them the world’s first virtual camp recruitment fair. The system would be a reusable application that would connect hundreds of applicants from around the world with camp directors from all over the United States in a timed virtual recruitment fair.

Working closely with the client, we put in place a rapid modular development process. Our agile project management meant that not only was the system built to the clients exact specification, but it was flexible enough to grow and evolve with time. This flexibility opened up a host of extra benefits such as complete integration of the virtual fair with their application system and multi-faceted system that can execute a range of functions before and after each event while maintaining highest level of security.
Our dedicated team of designers and developers worked closely with Camp Directors and focus groups of potential applicants to make sure that they the system catered perfectly for every need. The result is a highly functional, flexible and user friendly application that will has started turning the industry up side down.
